Where We Ship

We ship within the contiguous United States (48 states) to street addresses and PO Boxes via USPS Ground Advantage/UPS Ground.

Not supported: Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands). If you need delivery outside our area, please email support@doyourclean.com before ordering.

Methods & Rates

  • Free US Shipping — $39+ (order total after discounts, before tax).
  • Standard Shipping — $4.99 flat rate for orders under $39.
  • Carrier & service: USPS Ground Advantage/UPS Ground (default).
We do not offer an expedited option at checkout. If you require a faster service, email us before ordering and we’ll advise availability and a quote.

Processing & Transit Times

  • Processing time: typically within 1 business day.
  • Transit time (UPS Ground/USPS Ground Advantage): typically 3–7 business days within the contiguous U.S.
  • During holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier disruptions, processing and delivery may take longer.

We ship in one box whenever possible. Large orders that don’t fit one carton may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
  • Tracking may update within 24 hours after dispatch.
  • Marked “Delivered” but not found? Check with household members, neighbors, building/concierge, and your local USPS office. If still missing, contact us within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery scan and we’ll help investigate.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • We cannot modify addresses after an order is placed. If needed and the order hasn’t shipped, please cancel and reorder.
  • Returned/undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be re-shipped upon request; additional shipping charges apply.
  • Signature not required by default.

Returns, Refunds & Shipping Fees

  • Return window: within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • Return shipping: covered by us if it’s a quality issue or our error; otherwise, the customer covers return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees: non-refundable unless due to a quality issue or our error.
  • Refund timing: typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the affected item(s) (close-up and wider shots), along with your order number. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Limitations & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, peak-season congestion, or events beyond our control. Delivery date guarantees are not available.
