1) Scope & Company

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Evergreen Future Inc (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2) Accounts & Age Requirements

• You may purchase without creating an account.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to use our site and place orders.

3) Pricing, Availability & Taxes

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.
• Product availability, descriptions, and images may be updated or corrected without prior notice.
• Sales tax: We currently collect applicable sales tax in Georgia. We may collect in additional states as our obligations change.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse any order suspected of reselling, fraud, or abuse.

4) Orders, Acceptance & Payments

• Payment methods: Stripe (major cards). We may add PayPal or other methods in the future.
• Order acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send a shipping confirmation with tracking. Prior to acceptance, we may cancel and refund due to stock, address, pricing or security issues.
• Cancel / modify: We do not modify orders after placement. If your order has not shipped, you may cancel and place a new order.
• Fraud screening: We may refuse or cancel any order and issue a refund if we suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use.
• Chargebacks: If you have any issue, please contact us first. Unauthorized or meritless chargebacks may be disputed, and we reserve the right to recover related costs as permitted by law.

5) Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping services, rates, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is accepted by the carrier. If a package is delayed or marked delivered but missing, we will assist with a carrier inquiry and a fair resolution per our policies.

6) Returns & Refunds

Our returns program is summarized below and further detailed in our Returns & Refund Policy:

• Returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, used or unsealed cleaning items are not returnable unless defective.
• Customer-choice returns: customer pays return shipping; a $4.99 shipping fee is deducted from the refund (processed as a partial refund).
• Quality issues or wrong items: we cover return shipping or send a replacement.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after inspection.

7) Promotions, Coupons & Free Shipping

• Coupon codes and promotions may change or end without notice.
• Stacking: Coupon codes may be used together with free-shipping offers unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to void promotional benefits in cases of abuse, fraud, or system error.

8) User Content (Reviews, Photos)

If our site allows you to submit reviews or photos, you agree not to post unlawful, infringing, misleading, or abusive content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it on our site and social channels, with attribution as appropriate. We may remove content at our discretion.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Georgia for any dispute not subject to small-claims court. Nothing prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court where available.
