Returns & Refund Policy

1) Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, used or unsealed cleaning items cannot be returned (unless defective).
  • Gift sets with missing components or items received over 14 days ago are not eligible.

2) How to Request a Return

Email support@doyourclean.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we may request photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the item for verification. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions before you ship anything back.

3) Return Shipping Costs

  • Our responsibility: If it’s a quality issue or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping (or provide a prepaid label).
  • Customer’s responsibility: For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer covers return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a quality issue.

4) Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether the refund is approved or rejected.

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), a $4.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. These will be processed as partial refunds to your original payment method.

5) Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us first so we can arrange the fastest resolution.

6) Gifts & Partial Returns

  • Gift orders may be eligible for return or exchange—please contact us to confirm case by case.
  • Partial returns from bundled orders are allowed; the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
